Free Tier
No payment required. No refund applicable.
The free tier of HOADispute.com requires no payment. There is nothing to refund.
Pro Subscription
7-day full refund window from initial purchase.
If you subscribe to HOADispute Pro and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Subscription Renewals
Cancel before renewal to avoid charges.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges are non-refundable. To avoid renewal charges, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will retain access through the end of your paid period.
Early Access Purchases
Full refund within 14 days for early access.
Early Access purchases carry a 14-day refund window given the pre-release nature of the product. If features you paid for are not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 14-day window.
How to Request a Refund

Email us at billing@hoadispute.com with your account email and reason for the refund request.

Include your order confirmation number or the date of purchase.

We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions & Disputes
We reserve the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence of abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles). If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us immediately and we will investigate.
For billing disputes, you may also contact your bank or credit card provider. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.
