We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services of any kind. Nothing on this platform creates an attorney-client relationship.

4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform; (c) upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations; (d) scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission; (e) impersonate any person or entity; or (f) use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm others.

All content on HOADispute.com — including text, guides, templates, tool interfaces, logos, and design — is owned by HOADispute.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use templates and generated documents for your personal HOA dispute. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content for commercial purposes without written permission.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of the data and content you enter into the platform (dispute notes, uploaded documents, etc.). By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your dispute data.
8. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOADISPUTE.COM AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
